We Be Yoga School's 300 hour teacher training will build on your current expertise as a 200 hour teacher. You will deepen and expand what you bring to your teaching and leadership skills. This training will give you impactful tools to develop and evolve your self study as a teaching and personal growth tool.

This training is set up in 10 modules, one module per month over the course of ten months. 

Modules are hybrid. Training will be in person and virtual.

• Energetic and subtle bodies: Holistic approach to wellbeing-the interrelationship of all systems of body

• Advanced Sanskrit, Chanting and Ayurveda 

• Advanced Ethics and History & Philosophy​

• Evolve your lens as teacher and leader to integrate functional anatomy and body mechanics, sequencing and theming, history and philosophy to create an overall experience that cultivates whole health and well being. 

• Yoga Nidra Certification

• Yin Yoga Certification

• Ability to adapt and customize classes for various populations including kids and athletes. ​

• Deepen your knowledge about the impact of meditation​

• Personalized mentorship to guide you through the program and help develop a specialized project and/or workshop that defines you as a yoga teacher.

• Through specialized practice teaching and leading you will refine and expand your teaching expertise to evolve your passion for yoga as a tool for transformation and change in your life and the lives of others.

• Elevated business training + skills including and not limited to marketing, selling, branding, how to effectively use social media and best practices to build your yoga career.

One in person weekend per month

 

Saturdays 10:00am - 6:00pm

Sundays 10:00am - 4:00pm
